How the 48-hour prototype runs
We do not run a POC. POC is theatre — a word vendors use to dress up a free trial for procurement. We build a working prototype on your data, in two days.
Day zero: you grant read-only credentials to three to five tools. We sign an NDA, not a procurement contract.
Day one: we connect, reconcile, and produce first-draft outputs by evening.
Day two: we walk you through the operating picture, the risk number, and the board brief. By end of day, you have an artefact your CFO can act on.
If the output is not board-ready, you owe us nothing. You keep the prototype either way.
How we price
Prototype: fixed fee, disclosed on first call. No procurement cycle, no SOW theatre, no hours billed.
Ongoing: annual subscription per outcome with a named success criterion. We name the number. You hold us to it.
Why we are defensible
Every artefact we deliver captures the judgment signal — draft, your edit, the board's follow-up question — as proprietary data. As we accumulate these {draft, edit, outcome} triples across clients, our fabric gets sharper on what good judgment in security looks like. First-movers compound.
Who we are
Epoch KI is operated by dig8ital GmbH (Munich, Lindwurmstr 89) with Australian commercial presence on Bourke Street, Melbourne. The engineering team has spent a decade translating security telemetry into board language for listed European enterprises. Client names on request, under NDA.
